About

Fourteen years at the operating table of engineering.

I've spent 14 years helping engineering organizations run better, from a 50-person software company through acquisition to GitHub and now General Motors.

I've led DevEx, AI adoption, planning, and operating cadence across teams with very different constraints, including GitHub, where I worked in an engineering organization behind products used by more than 150 million developers.

I'm best at getting engineering, product, security, and leadership aligned so decisions turn into actual execution.
