I am now looking for my next adventure.

I excel at delivering innovative digital products, leading teams, and running the day-to-day operations of a company. My background is in running a custom software development company primarily focused on enabled digital marketing transformations and operations.

I build people and technology focused companies and teams.

I consider myself a leader who focuses on four values: authenticity, communication, performance, and culture.

Performance dramatically increases when people are given a chance to be themselves and to take risks. Team members need an environment in which they can speak their minds in a clear manner while respecting opinions around them.

 

Communication

Great teams need to be able to work well as a group and with other groups. In my roles, I have significantly improved team communication by treating it as a skill to develop in my people.

Performance

A foundation of values isn't important unless your company thrives financially. Good teams want great compensation, benefits, opportunities, and growth. Great people want to work for growing companies.

 

Culture

Creating an exceptional engineering culture takes years of effort. Your customers aren't going to love your company until your employees do. I am most passionate about creating a great place to work and developing my team. I drive a feedback centric culture to promote internal growth. All leaders at Fifty Seven Pounds were grown within the company from lower roles, rather than external hires.
