## About

Fourteen years at the *operating* table of engineering.

I've spent **14 years helping engineering organizations run better**, from a 50-person software company through acquisition to GitHub and now General Motors.

I've led **DevEx, AI adoption, planning, and operating cadence** across teams with very different constraints, including GitHub, where I worked in an engineering organization behind products used by **more than 150 million developers**.

I'm best at **getting engineering, product, security, and leadership aligned** so decisions turn into actual execution.
